Hi there! Kirill here! I’m the creator of Fitme, and today I’m excited to announce that my app is finally live!
Regular exercise is one of the key components of an energized and productive lifestyle. The key word here is regular. And to do something regularly, you need a plan. Like many of us, I go to the gym regularly and used to follow workout plans I found on the internet. But did they really work for me? Every person is unique, and to reach maximum performance, it’s crucial to have a personalized workout plan, follow it, and track your results.
Another important factor is adjusting your plan to match your progress and schedule. That’s why I created Fitme! Fitme considers your profile, goals, and performance to build a workout plan using Artificial Intelligence. It then adapts your plan every week based on your tracked results.
Workout Plan
To generate a personalized plan, simply fill out a quick form with your weight, height, gender, goal, and preferred schedule. Once that’s done, Fitme will create a set of workout sessions for your first week. Each session includes a number of exercises to perform and track.

Detailed Instructions
Each exercise comes with step-by-step instructions, a 3D video demonstration, and key points to focus on for proper form.
Workout Tracker
When performing exercises, don’t forget to log your weights and reps. This data helps track how your performance evolves over time. Fitme uses this information to generate workouts for the following week.

Variety of Exercises
A diverse workout routine is key to success. Instead of repeating the same plan every week, Fitme creates a varied set of exercises to engage all muscle groups, ensuring your entire body stays in shape.
Weight Recommendations
Fitme considers your tracked results when planning your next workout and recommends weights based on your previous progress. This is especially useful when performing an exercise for the first time—Fitme will suggest an appropriate weight based on similar exercises you’ve done before.
Future Plans
Fitme has just launched, and this is only the beginning of our journey to becoming your best fitness companion. I have a long list of features I plan to add in the future, including:
- Exercise history — Review your past workouts and track progress over time.
- Workout summary — Quick overview of your session once you’re done.
- Ability to replace exercises — Alternative exercises when equipment is unavailable.
- Integration with Apple Health — Sync your workout data.
